Our name represents our core philosophy:
Living Intentionally. Free. Everyday.

Whole Life was founded by Quentina Dawson, a dedicated human services professional with over 33 years of experience in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Throughout her career, she has provided compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with physical disabilities, special needs, and complex health conditions.
While successfully operating her PCA and SIL agency full time, Quentina continues to advance her education by pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration. Her hands-on experience spans multiple roles within the healthcare and human services fields, including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Pediatric Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Direct Support Professional (DSP).
Quentina’s lifelong commitment to care, advocacy, and service reflects her passion for empowering individuals to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Her leadership at Whole Life is rooted in both extensive professional expertise and a deep personal dedication to improving lives
Through decades of hands-on care, Quentina developed and maintained strong, trusting relationships not only with individuals receiving services, but also with their families. Over time, she recognized a recurring and deeply unmet need: while her PCA business was able to support individuals with disabilities, the emotional, practical, and stability needs of their families often went unaddressed.
Parents, siblings, caregivers, and loved ones frequently struggled in silence, requiring emotional support, guidance, life-skills education, and stability services. Unfortunately, these critical needs fell outside the scope of what PCA services could legally provide under state regulations. Although Quentina consistently referred families to external resources, long wait times and limited availability meant that many continued to go without the support they desperately needed.
Driven by her compassion for those deemed disadvantaged and underserved, Quentina founded W.H.O.L.E Life Inc. to remove those barriers. The nonprofit was created to serve individuals and families without the constraints placed on traditional care services, allowing support to extend beyond regulations and into real-life needs.
Through W.H.O.L.E Life Inc., Quentina is able to address broader challenges such as family support, wellness, life skills development, housing stability, and emotional care making a deeper, more lasting impact on the lives of those she serves.
Her vision is simple yet powerful: to help people live whole, supported, and free without limits on who can be helped or how support is delivered.
